What You’ll Do
- Provide dependable coverage for daily workflows, including fax management, patient and membership emails, failed payments, and product order fulfillment
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality service across all operational tasks
- Support ongoing process and documentation updates to strengthen efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in workflow and reporting improvements to elevate patient experience
What You Need
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or healthcare services
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Quick learner with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail and commitment to dependable performance
- Bonus: experience in healthcare operations, billing, or patient/member support
