  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment, to ensure accurate and complete processing within the Complex
    Transaction Unit team.
  • Research and resolve issues related to processing transactions related to the overall Complex Transaction Unit, and supply technical support and consultative analysis to internal customers. 
  • Employ Continuous Improvement tools to work with team and internal business partners to identify and mitigate cross team workflow gaps.
  • Creation, review and maintenance of standard work, job aids and process procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:   
-College degree or equivalent experience
– 4+ years related business practice experience
– Experience with OMNI is required

-Proficient computer skills including ability to navigate quickly and easily through Internet Explorer, Windows based applications, Excel, Outlook, etc.

– Strong communication skills (verbal and written) which include appropriate grammar, and comfortable and adept at communicating with a variety of audiences, along with decision-making skills. 
– Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
