What You’ll Do
- Ensure team performance aligns with all client contractual obligations
- Build and maintain a high-motivation environment for associates and supervisors
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development
- Provide daily guidance on responsibilities and operational priorities
- Assist with resolving associate work-related issues and driving team growth
- Participate in hiring and termination processes
- Develop and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs
- Communicate consistently across all levels of the organization
- Participate in client meetings, document discussions, and maintain strong client rapport
- Identify program issues early and propose actionable solutions
- Understand contractual billing processes and participate in budget planning
- Oversee program compliance, SOP adherence, and quality standards
- Create project task plans and contribute to SOP development
- Analyze operational reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate tracking of tactical issues and escalation needs
- Report Adverse Events as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- 4+ years’ experience in reimbursement hubs, specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, or related healthcare settings
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to resolve associate and client issues
- Understanding of reimbursement processes, patient assistance programs, and healthcare operations
- Analytical skills to support payer research and operational evaluations
