What You’ll Do

⦁ Speak with past-due cardholders by phone to understand their situation and guide them toward repayment options
⦁ Negotiate repayment solutions that work for both the customer and the business
⦁ Use multiple systems at once to manage accounts and document interactions accurately
⦁ Identify why an account became delinquent and apply problem-solving to move it toward resolution
⦁ Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations while delivering strong service
⦁ De-escalate challenging conversations and keep interactions respectful and productive
⦁ Collaborate with a virtual team using tools like Slack and Google Meet for daily coaching and huddles

What You Need

⦁ 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused, solutions-oriented role
⦁ Strong negotiation and influence skills, including overcoming objections
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication
⦁ Ability to stay composed in tense conversations and de-escalate effectively
⦁ Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
⦁ Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
⦁ Ability to balance empathy with persuasion to help customers commit to repayment
