Schedule
- Fully remote
- Standard business hours in Pacific Time strongly preferred
- Occasional travel within the U.S. and Canada
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients during their first 90 days
- Lead virtual one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client’s business needs
- Build strong early relationships that support long-term adoption and retention
- Identify client needs, track progress, and proactively solve problems
- Maintain detailed records and documentation across internal platforms
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, ideally customer-facing
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding journeys
- Experience with CRM or customer success tools (Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfort in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Spanish language skills preferred
