Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
- Uses HR systems including ADP, iCIMS, Smartsheet, and i9 Advantage
What You’ll Do
- Manage onboarding for new hires, from pre-employment communication to screenings and scheduling
- Ensure new hires complete all onboarding tasks and documents on time
- Conduct 15- and 30-day check-ins with new employees to support integration
- Perform and track background checks for new hires and renewals
- Organize and maintain confidential pre-employment records
- Respond to internal support tickets and resolve issues quickly
- Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding
- Participate in team meetings and special projects as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of onboarding, HR, or related experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Compensation
- $16 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
