Responsibilities
- Manage the first 30 days of the employee lifecycle, including preemployment communication, screenings, and scheduling
- Communicate onboarding requirements clearly and guide new hires through each step
- Track completion of onboarding tasks using Smartsheet and other HR platforms (ADP, iCIMS, i9 Advantage)
- Organize and maintain preemployment documents and sensitive materials securely
- Conduct check-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days to ensure integration and address concerns
- Perform and track background checks and renewals
- Respond to and resolve internal HR tickets efficiently
- Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs for onboarding
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; additional education a plus
- 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

- Pay: $16–$22 per hour
