Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week) with an 8-hour shift ranging between 5:00am–8:00pm Pacific Time. Ability to work at least one Saturday per month. Remote role (#LI-Remote).
What You’ll Do
⦁ Partner with newly enrolled Pros to build a customized onboarding plan tied to their goals
⦁ Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your portfolio
⦁ Coach customers on implementing Housecall Pro, product basics, and goal-based workflows
⦁ Listen for needs and objections, solve problems creatively, and reinforce the value of the product
⦁ Identify high-risk accounts quickly and escalate to the right resolution path when needed
⦁ Show up as a strong teammate with clear communication, presentation skills, and customer-first mindset
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of experience in a full-time client-facing onboarding or support role OR a Bachelor’s degree
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
⦁ Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
⦁ Reliable, adaptable, professional, and curious with a learn-it-all mindset
⦁ Bonus: 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience
