What You’ll Do
- Guide new veterinary practices through onboarding, training, and integration of AllyDVM solutions
- Deliver personalized consultations, health checks, and quarterly business reviews to maximize customer retention and value
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth experiences
- Track and monitor client progress, ensuring timeframes and milestones are met
- Build professional relationships with practices, sales, and internal teams to drive collaboration and support
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements to enhance customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems
What You Need
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of college preferred
- 2+ years of veterinary office experience (CSR, LVT, Office Manager, or related role)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience training or mentoring veterinary staff strongly preferred
