Onboarding Analyst, Bitso

Your impact:

• Delivering a high quality and consistent HR service to our stakeholders.
• Providing timely and efficient HR support to ensure exceptional positive customer experience.
• Coordinate and organize overall the Onboarding activities for new hires.
• Ensuring employee records are up to date in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.
• Responding and resolving all queries related to new hires, while establishing a positive rapport and ensuring information is communicated clearly and appropriately.
• Introduce new team members to managers and the company.
• Work alongside IT and Cybersecurity for computer and tools set up.
• Automating operational tasks when possible.
• Entering and maintaining accurate data in HR systems.
• Driving the agenda of a world-class onboarding experience.

Who you are:

• Previous experience working on the Onboarding team
• Up to 1 year of experience working as a People/HR professional
• Strong customer/employee focus skills, required
• Ability to develop relationships and trust
• HRIS and ATS management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English language proficiency
• Self starter and fast learner with minimal direction
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
