Schedule
- Full-time, hourly, remote
- 4-week training program (brand-specific)
- Fully remote role, but you must live in: AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide high-quality support
- Answer questions, fulfill requests, and educate customers on products and services
- Assist with payment processing, setting up payment plans, and other account needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally using strong verbal and written skills
- Keep customer accounts updated with accurate, detailed notes and information
What You Need
- Call center experience is a plus, but fast-paced customer service experience counts
- Strong communication and active listening skills with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment while multitasking and adapting quickly
- Comfort learning new tools and working effectively in a remote setup
- Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
