What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain partnerships with external creditors to negotiate delinquent accounts on behalf of clients.
- Guide clients toward the best financial outcomes by analyzing their accounts and providing tailored recommendations.
- Use technology and data tools to group similar debts and improve negotiation leverage.
- Manage account queues efficiently and meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in debt negotiation, collections, or customer financial services is a plus.
- Tech-savvy, with CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Strong time management, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
