Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must have a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Reliable hardwired internet required (company-provided desktop computer)
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to negotiate delinquent accounts on behalf of clients
- Guide clients on financial strategies and oversee account management
- Leverage debt consolidation opportunities across multiple accounts to maximize savings
- Manage account queues efficiently through strong time management and multitasking
- Participate in projects and additional duties as assigned
- Consistently deliver client-focused service with compassion and professionalism
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills—listening, verbal, and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Passion for helping others with a client-first approach
- Proficiency with technology; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary: $21 per hour
- Monthly commission based on negotiated debt amounts (per company plan)
