Reporting to the SVP, National Accounts, the National Account Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of National Accounts and the broader leadership team. This role is essential in helping the National Accounts division operate efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing presentations, and handling day-to-day operational tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain calendars for the SVP, including meeting scheduling, prioritization, and coordination across time zones.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle confidential communications and documents with the highest level of discretion.

Team Coordination & Operational Support

  • Coordinate department-wide meetings, team events, offsites, and cross-functional planning sessions.
  • Support the National Accounts team with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and data entry.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members, including system access, orientation schedules, and training coordination.

Communication & Project Assistance

  • Serve as a liaison between the SVP and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables to support team accountability and alignment.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and reference files for key accounts, vendors, and partners.

Travel & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the SVP and team members, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare detailed travel briefs and handle last-minute changes or cancellations as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate or fast-paced business environment.
  • Prior experience in a CPG, beverage, or sales-driven organization preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of tools like Power BI, Chrome River, or ADP is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to travel, including occasional multi-day overnight.
  • Must be available for occasional extended hours during peak planning cycles or major meetings.
  • Must live within 1 hour of a major international airport.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
