- Full-time, Remote
- Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM EST
- Must have a private, distraction-free workspace
- Internet minimum: 5 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls for MyRepChat
- Respond to inbound support emails
- Join screen share sessions with clients to troubleshoot and guide usage
- Help align client expectations with what the service can and cannot do
- Participate in meetings to surface trends and improve support processes
- Stay available during business hours for unexpected calls and internal meetings
What You Need
- Customer service experience (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and stay on task without constant supervision
- Team-first mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving approach
- Comfort using computers and learning new web-based software quickly
