Argos Multilingual is a language services company supporting multilingual content delivery. This role sits on their Multimedia team, supporting localization and post-production workflows across regions and time zones.

- Works cross-functionally with internal teams, localization engineers, and external multimedia partners (often across time zones)
What You’ll Do
- Estimate and quote multimedia project files
- Execute localization strategy to translate/adapt video and audio across languages/regions
- Partner with localization engineers to extract and prep content for translation (including glyph and right-to-left scripts)
- Adjust layouts, animations, and designs across tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Perform detailed post-production corrections (on-screen text, audio inputs, SFX, graphics, animations)
- Create and adjust closed captions/subtitles in multiple languages
- Identify new editing techniques to improve team efficiency
- Perform quality checks before delivery using checklists and QC tools
- Coordinate with, book, and support external multimedia teams
- Keep account documentation up to date to reduce knowledge silos
- Act as point of contact across internal and external teams
- Escalate workflow improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with shared services teams when needed
What You Need
- Degree-level education (preferred) in multimedia, audiovisual translation, or similar
- 2+ years of experience working within a multimedia team
- Experience editing and delivering video in common formats (AVI, FLV, MOV, WMV, MP4)
- Strong After Effects knowledge, including advanced plugins/effects (Element 3D, Trapcode, Motion, etc.)
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics workflows
- Experience creating and formatting subtitles/captions
- Experience optimizing video/audio for multi-platform distribution (offline + online)
- MS Office knowledge
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- “Can do” attitude with good judgment
