Bring the Flock Safety story to life through high-impact motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling across campaigns, web, paid ads, product launches, and tentpole events. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help define Flock’s motion identity and build a scalable motion system the team can reuse fast.

What You’ll Do
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling assets for web, paid ads, campaigns, product launches, sales tools, and major events
- Own and build Flock’s Motion Style Guide and a scalable motion component system (transitions, lower thirds, animated iconography, UI animations)
- Partner with in-house videographers to edit, polish, and ship video projects
- Collaborate with web design to deliver scroll-based animations, microinteractions, and Lottie animations aligned to the brand system
- Lead motion design projects end-to-end, balancing stakeholder needs, timelines, and brand consistency
- Develop reusable motion components to increase speed and consistency across the creative pipeline
- Support launches and events with on-brand motion content, including mainstage animations for tentpole moments
- Manage incoming motion requests and keep production moving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
What You Need
- 4–6 years of professional motion design experience (in-house team or production studio preferred)
- A portfolio demonstrating strong concepting and consistent brand execution
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong command of typography, pacing, transitions, and narrative structure for motion
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and iterate quickly
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and comfort guiding stakeholders through process (storyboards/animatics as needed)
- Experience producing paid ads for Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and CTV, plus understanding of platform best practices
- Experience creating Lottie animations and partnering with developers to implement motion
- 3D skills are a plus
