What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and online chat inquiries quickly and accurately
⦁ Use scripts and FAQs to explain Neura’s services, while adapting confidently when conversations go off-script
⦁ Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and provide clear solutions that move sign-ups forward
⦁ Own each case end-to-end, including follow-ups and coordination with escalation teams
⦁ Build trust with prospective patients by going above and beyond, answering questions with empathy and clarity
⦁ Proactively share helpful information that encourages completion of enrollment and online forms
⦁ Track daily issues and actions taken in the database, then share patterns and updates with the team
⦁ Use call center insights to recommend process and system improvements that raise satisfaction and efficiency
⦁ Walk less tech-savvy users through the sign-up process step-by-step so they don’t drop off
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer support role
⦁ Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
⦁ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve issues fast
⦁ Ability to multitask, manage time well, and maintain composure under pressure
⦁ Conflict resolution skills and comfort handling complaints with professionalism
⦁ Customer sales experience and confidence guiding people to a decision
⦁ Team-first mindset with an empathetic, mission-driven, precise, and results-oriented approach
