Schedule
• Fully remote, full-time
• High-volume inbound and outbound support across phone, email, SMS, and online chat
• Spanish/English bilingual support required (written and verbal)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and chat inquiries in a timely, patient-friendly way
⦁ Learn and follow activation scripts and FAQs, then adapt when situations require going off-script
⦁ Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions that keep sign-ups moving
⦁ Own customer requests end-to-end, including follow-ups and coordination with escalation teams
⦁ Guide less tech-savvy prospective customers through online sign-up forms step-by-step
⦁ Track recurring issues and actions taken in the database, then share insights with the team
⦁ Use call center insights to recommend process improvements that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
⦁ Meet service, productivity, and quality goals on a daily/weekly basis while keeping the experience human

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ 2+ years of call center or customer support experience
⦁ Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
⦁ Strong customer sales instincts and the ability to encourage sign-up without being pushy
⦁ Confident problem-solving, conflict resolution, and complaint handling skills
⦁ Ability to multitask, manage time, and stay organized in a high-volume environment
⦁ Comfort switching between multiple communication channels and tools
⦁ A style that matches an empathetic, mission-driven, precise, transparent, collaborative team culture
