What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and chat inquiries quickly and professionally

⦁ Use scripts and FAQs to explain Neura’s services, while adapting when questions get nuanced (pricing varies by channel/partnership)

⦁ Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide clear solutions

⦁ Own requests end-to-end, including follow-ups and coordination with escalation teams

⦁ Proactively share helpful info that increases confidence and encourages sign-up

⦁ Track daily issues and actions taken in the database and share patterns with the team

⦁ Use call center insights to recommend process improvements that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction

⦁ Walk less tech-savvy prospects through online forms so they complete enrollment smoothly

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent

⦁ 2+ years in a call center or customer support role

⦁ Fluent Spanish (written and verbal)

⦁ Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management

⦁ Conflict resolution skills and comfort handling complaints

⦁ Sales experience and the ability to influence ethically and clearly
