Schedule
Remote, full-time role.
High-volume inbound and outbound support across phone, email, SMS, and online chat (specific hours and time zone expectations shared by Neura during hiring).

What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and chat inquiries quickly and professionally
⦁ Use and adapt activation scripts and FAQs to educate prospects and move them toward signup
⦁ Resolve issues end to end, including follow-ups and coordination with an escalation team when needed
⦁ Proactively share helpful info that reduces friction and increases completed sign-ups
⦁ Track recurring issues, document actions in the database, and share insights with the team to improve processes

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma (or equivalent)
⦁ 2+ years in a call center or customer support role (sales experience is a plus)
⦁ Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
⦁ Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills
⦁ Confident conflict resolution and customer de-escalation ability
⦁ Culture fit: empathetic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, results-oriented
