Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US)
- $18 per hour + full benefits
- Weekday and weekend availability required
- Hours: 9am–8pm ET (flexible scheduling)
What You’ll Do
- Support members via phone, text, and email to ensure successful use of the program
- Troubleshoot tech issues and guide members through app usage
- Monitor member adherence and alert care teams when needed
- Proactively reach out to non-adherent members and encourage re-engagement
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality support and represent the Wellth mission
What You Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting members
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with familiarity across iOS and Android
- Detail-oriented, professional, and self-motivated
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
