Schedule
- Remote role (U.S. based)
- Full-time, $18/hr + full benefits
- Weekday and weekend availability required, 9 AM – 8 PM ET
- Flexible scheduling offered
What You’ll Do
- Support members via phone, email, and text through the Wellth Helpline
- Troubleshoot tech issues and guide members with app use
- Monitor adherence and alert medical care teams when needed
- Encourage non-adherent members with proactive outreach calls
What You Need
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Tech savvy with iOS/Android and digital tools (CRMs, etc.)
- Highly empathetic, patient, and sensitive to member needs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
