What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound member support calls via the Wellth Helpline
- Respond to member questions through email and text messaging
- Troubleshoot program and tech issues (app, access, digital tools)
- Monitor member adherence and alert medical care teams when needed
- Proactively call non-adherent members to help them get back on track with empathy and tact
- Document issues clearly and follow internal processes to ensure consistent support
What You Need
- Strong customer service skills and a professional phone presence
- Clear communication skills (spoken and written), especially simplifying confusing info
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- High empathy, patience, and sensitivity working with chronic disease populations
- Tech savvy, including Android/iOS comfort and digital tools (ex: CRMs)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, collaborative, and able to problem-solve
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
