BroadPath is immediately hiring a Member Support Advocate to work from home! Our Member Support Advocate is responsible for assisting Members by responding to phone, mail, and/or email inquiries accurately and resolving issues in a consistent manner through an efficient, empathetic, positive and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
BroadPath is excited to be hiring Member Support Advocates to Work at Home!
· Assist members, providers, and insurance agents regarding Healthcare benefits and options via web systems
· Member satisfaction, resolution-focused mindset, and ability to identify problems and proactively produce results.
· Provides support in navigating the online web systems and troubleshooting issues
· Ability to effectively multitask and possess excellent attention to detail
· Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team with minimal direct supervision
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with members and providers by providing exceptional support
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Center/ Customer Service required
· Minimum of 1 year work experience in Medicare Healthcare/Exposure in a fast-paced healthcare environment
· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
· Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude)
· Ability to interpret providers documentation in healthcare systems
· Experienced in being held accountable for multiple KPIs
· 100% attendance is required during training: No time off within the first 60 days of employment.
· Responsible for providing your own 19″ monitor or larger with VGA or HDMI port with corresponding cable, USB wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional USB wired keyboard
· Reliable hardwired internet is a must with at least 25mbps download| 10mbps upload speeds

· Salary/Pay Rate: $17.00 Hourly
