What You’ll Do
- Provide inbound phone support to Copart members throughout the lifecycle of their membership
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support using Copart resources and processes
- Answer and place calls professionally while representing Copart as the first point of contact
- Prioritize “first call resolution” whenever possible
- Hit performance expectations tied to call quality and productivity
- Document and follow company procedures while handling member requests
- Take on additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1 year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent customer service presence, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance for a remote setting
- Bilingual skills are a plus
