Schedule
- Remote
- Full-time, non-exempt hourly
- Seasonal: 3 months (possible extension based on business demand/performance)
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to members, build rapport, and explain the benefits of enrolling in Vida’s program
- Take inbound calls to assess needs, answer service questions, and assist with enrollment based on health goals
- Help members navigate the app, provide updates, and resolve general inquiries
- Document member interactions accurately in the Member Services system while protecting confidentiality
- Resolve concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately, ensuring follow-up and timely resolution
- Follow healthcare compliance standards and handle objections with clear, reassuring solutions
- Support team projects like training updates, peer sessions, scripting improvements, and quality monitoring
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Meet or exceed inbound/outbound KPIs and other assigned duties
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM and ticketing systems
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
