Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- No weekends
- Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm EST (4 weeks)
- Nesting: 2 weeks
- Production: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–9:30pm EST
What You’ll Do
- Handle 50+ inbound calls a day with professionalism and empathy
- Support members with questions, benefits info, and plan guidance
- Assist with occasional outbound calls and small projects
- Maintain accuracy, calm tone, and helpful attitude under pressure
- Meet call center goals for quality, call volume, adherence, and NPS
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare or health plan services
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Windows and MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Preferred: Medicaid managed care experience
