Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role with no weekends
- Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Nesting: 2 weeks following training
- Production: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM EST
- Weekly pay with performance-based incentives
What You’ll Do
- Handle 50+ inbound calls daily, assisting members, providers, and stakeholders
- Educate members on benefits, services, and plan procedures
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Meet and exceed call center metrics, including QA scores and adherence
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of healthcare or health plan experience
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Windows platforms
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Preferred: Knowledge of Medicaid Managed Care
