Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must be hardwired via ethernet connection).
- Call center operates 7 days a week, with extended hours (up to 2 am ET).
- Shifts are 8.5 hours (including a 30-minute lunch) and assigned at the time of offer.
What You’ll Do
- Support members with empathy and professionalism across phone, chat, secure messaging, email, and video.
- Build trust and meaningful relationships that empower members to navigate their care.
- Explain complex healthcare and benefits information in simple, clear terms.
- Flex between inbound support, proactive outreach, and digital engagement.
- Protect member privacy by following HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
- Juggle multitasking—listening, talking, and typing at once.
What You Need
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to build rapport and trust.
- Passion for serving others and improving the healthcare experience.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Resilience, optimism, and a “can-do” mindset.
Salary
- $19 – $24 per hour
