This role supports Vida’s Member Marketing team by executing enrollment and lifecycle marketing communications across email, SMS, print, and other channels to drive engagement and conversion.

What You’ll Do
- Execute day-to-day email sends and create/send digital and print materials for prospective and current members
- Support print, email, SMS, and other channel content requirements
- Manage the member marketing calendar, scheduling, and deployment
- Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns to improve conversion and engagement
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Use data insights to inform messaging by customer lifecycle stage
- Collaborate across teams on cross-functional projects
- Jump into new projects as needed and contribute to a nimble team environment
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with an eye for automation and process improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; self-starter
- Creative and resourceful, able to bring ideas to life
- Excellent attention to detail and execution skills
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Passion for digital health and improving healthcare
- Basic HTML knowledge
