Schedule
- Remote role (U.S. based)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM EST
- Compensation: $21/hour
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for members throughout their recovery journey
- Communicate via phone, email, and chat to guide members and troubleshoot issues
- Educate potential members on program benefits and support their enrollment
- Provide ongoing support to increase engagement and help members navigate the Workit Health app
- Track and meet metrics for productivity, engagement, and satisfaction
What You Need
- Passion for helping diverse populations and delivering stellar service
- 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, healthcare, or customer service in a metrics-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, communications, business, or marketing preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort working in recovery-focused environments (individuals in recovery encouraged to apply)
