- Standard call center operating hours; high attendance required
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound member inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care
- Process transactions such as transfers, loan payments, account updates, and more
- Engage members to identify needs, promote services, and build lasting relationships
What You Need
- 2–5 years of call center experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (CRM, Windows apps, Zoom)
