BroadPath partners with leading healthcare organizations to deliver remote-first member support, outreach, and experience programs. As a Member Experience Representative, you connect with members through proactive calls, wellness checks, and satisfaction surveys. You help close the gap between “we sent the info” and “the member feels seen, heard, and supported.”
Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States
- Training: 3 days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, no weekends
- Production: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST
- Consistent weekday schedule
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to members for check ins, wellness outreach, and satisfaction surveys
- Follow up on recent interactions, services, or experiences to gauge satisfaction
- Identify and address concerns early so they do not escalate
- Share account updates, reminders about appointments or renewals, and needed information
- Offer helpful product or service suggestions based on member needs
- Document all call details and interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Track call outcomes and feedback to support program reporting
- Share insights that can improve the overall member experience and satisfaction
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different personalities
- Patient, solution-focused approach when handling concerns or confusion
- Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer tools
- Ability to follow workflows while still sounding natural and conversational
- Reliable remote work setup with a quiet space and stable internet connection
