Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- 40 hours per week
- Scheduling ranges Monday–Saturday, between 6:00am–8:00pm PST
- Pay: up to $18/hr base, plus monthly bonus
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members to introduce and explain the Wellth program
- Help members enroll and guide them through downloading and using the Wellth app
- Build quick rapport over the phone and communicate program benefits clearly
- Overcome objections and provide patient, supportive guidance
- Conduct feedback outreach to ensure members’ voices are heard
- Follow processes carefully and document details accurately while managing high daily call volume
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal + written)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Ability to simplify tech steps for less tech-savvy members (Android + iOS)
- Empathy, patience, and a professional phone presence
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
