Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- 40 hours/week, Monday–Saturday
- Hours fall between 6 AM – 8 PM PST
- Starting pay up to $18/hr + monthly bonus
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members, introduce the program, and support enrollment
- Help members download and use the mobile app, especially those with limited tech experience
- Conduct member feedback calls to ensure voices are heard and needs understood
- Deliver patient-focused support with warmth, professionalism, and patience
What You Need
- Strong communication & phone presence; ability to build trust quickly
- Comfort guiding users through mobile apps on iOS & Android
- Ability to manage a high call volume and follow structured workflows
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and driven to help vulnerable populations succeed
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
