Looking for energetic Member Enrollment Specialist! Must be bilingual in Spanish!

As a Member Outreach Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to members with the goal of enrolling them in our innovative program based on a provided chase list of members. This includes handling inbound inquiries, educating members on our program, and motivating them to enroll. In addition to a competitive salary, individuals in this role will receive company-paid training and equipment. As an inside sales representative, closing sales in the health care and behavioral health industry. As a Member Outreach Enrollment Specialist, you will help an underserved population see the value of joining an innovative program that is very successful in helping members improve the quality of their lives. Rather than taking a “hard sell” approach, you’ll educate and motivate people to enroll, spending a year with each member to help them learn new behaviors.
Essential Functions
- Educate members on the Ontrak program with the goal of enrollment
- Make outbound calls to newly identified prospective members and follow up on existing leads accounting for roughly 80% of a day
- Handle inbound calls from potential and existing members to provide them with program information
- Build rapport and trust with members to identify their social, physical, or mental needs
- Ability to clearly articulate the value of our products and services
- Process enrollment intake forms following defined workflows
- Achieve enrollment targets through effective member engagement tactics
- Track and record enrollment activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with other enrollment specialist and other departments to coordinate enrollments
- Ability to wear required headset during member interactions
- Document and maintain records regarding all interaction with members
- Support project, testing, or equivalent efforts, as needed
- Attend provided trainings
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in Behavior Health or Health Care industry
- Must be technically savvy and able to utilize multiple applications at one time.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Great phone presence, including the ability to:
- A demonstrated ability to establish trust quickly
- Ability to overcome objectives and be persuasive over the phone
- Engage and motivate using patience and conversational approach
- Convey confidence and a positive attitude
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree, in lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
Required language: Spanish
Required: Must be technically savvy and able to utilize multiple applications at one time.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
- Proficient in using CRM, phone systems, and other tools/applications, as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented

- Discipline to work from home while following a set schedule
- $20.00 an hour + Commission
- M-F 11 am – 8 pm (EST) schedule
