Senture is hiring remote Member Engagement Coordinators to make high-volume outbound calls, overcome objections professionally, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations.

Schedule
- Full-time, hourly (non-exempt), remote (US)
- Call center hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–8:00pm ET; Saturday–Sunday 9:00am–5:30pm ET
- 2 weeks of paid, mandatory training with 100% attendance required
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Equipment provided
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls using an auto-dialer (average 50 calls per hour)
- Pitch and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers
- Use approved scripts to communicate clearly and consistently
- Handle objections using rebuttals and guide members toward booking appointments
- Work across multiple systems to schedule providers and manage appointments
- Adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested
- Hit daily metrics for calls, appointments, handle time, and productivity
- Participate in side-by-side coaching and team support as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and report member complaints immediately
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort in a results-driven outbound call center environment
- Strong sales aptitude and motivation to earn monthly incentives
- Great communication skills that are friendly, clear, and conversational
- Ability to follow a fixed schedule, accept feedback, and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to use multiple computer systems at once
- Experience in high-volume call centers and using auto-dialers (highly desirable)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
- Ability to provide two valid IDs and proof of education during onboarding
