If you’ve got a confident phone presence and you’re built for high-volume outbound calling, Senture is hiring Member Engagement Coordinators to drive appointment scheduling for free in-home or virtual health evaluations. This is a sales-forward role with scripts, an auto-dialer, objections, rebuttals, and metrics.

Schedule
- Fully remote, work from home (equipment provided)
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET
- 2 weeks paid mandatory training with 100% attendance required
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer (about 85% outbound / 15% inbound)
- Use pre-approved scripts to explain and schedule free evaluations with licensed providers
- Overcome objections using rebuttals and keep the tone persuasive, not pushy
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately across multiple systems
- Hit daily metrics for appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
- Participate in coaching and side-by-sides as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and escalate member complaints immediately
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comfort working in a results-driven outbound call center environment
- Strong sales aptitude and motivation to hit goals and earn incentives
- Friendly, clear communication and the ability to follow a fixed schedule
- Ability to work across multiple systems at once
- High-volume, back-to-back call center experience and auto-dialer experience (strong plus)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
- Able to provide two valid IDs and proof of education during onboarding
