Schedule
- Full time, fully remote
- Call center hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET; Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET
- Paid mandatory training: 2 weeks, 100% attendance required
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Work from home requirements: cabled internet (20 Mbps upload, 5 Mbps download; latency at or below 100 ms), no satellite/cellular/hotspot/WiFi, quiet secure workspace (furniture provided by employee)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Make high volume outbound calls using an auto dialer (average 50 calls per hour; about 85% outbound and 15% inbound)
⦁ Use approved scripts to explain and schedule free in home or virtual health evaluations
⦁ Overcome objections using prepared rebuttals while keeping a respectful, conversational tone
⦁ Schedule licensed providers using multiple systems and tools at the same time
⦁ Adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on member requests
⦁ Hit daily performance goals for appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity
⦁ Participate in coaching and peer side by sides when needed
⦁ Follow HIPAA guidelines and report member complaints to supervisors immediately
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ Comfort in a results driven outbound call center environment
⦁ Strong sales aptitude and motivation to earn performance incentives
⦁ Excellent communication skills that are friendly, clear, and confident
⦁ Ability to follow a fixed schedule, accept feedback, and maintain confidentiality
⦁ Proficiency using multiple computer systems simultaneously
⦁ Experience with high volume call centers and auto dialers is a strong plus
⦁ Authorized to work in the United States
⦁ Ability to pass pre hire testing, background check, and drug screening
⦁ Ability to provide two valid in date IDs and proof of education during onboarding

⦁ Incentive plan eligibility begins the first day of the month after training completion
