Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- 2 weeks of paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required)
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM–8 PM EST; Saturday–Sunday: 9 AM–5:30 PM EST
- All equipment provided
- Opportunities for schedule-based pay increases at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years
Responsibilities
- Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using pre-approved scripts
- Overcome objections with effective rebuttals to encourage healthcare evaluation scheduling
- Use multiple systems to schedule, adjust, or cancel in-home or virtual appointments
- Meet daily and monthly productivity goals, including appointments per hour
- Handle minimal inbound calls (approx. 15% of calls)
- Track performance metrics (calls, handle time, productivity)
- Comply with HIPAA and company policies to protect member privacy
- Provide peer support and act as a subject matter expert as needed
- Work overtime when required based on business needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong sales aptitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Previous high-volume call center experience with auto-dialers preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Ability to follow fixed schedules and incorporate feedback
- Proficient in using multiple computer systems at once
- Reliable cabled internet (20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, latency ≤ 100 ms; satellite, cellular, hotspot, or Wi-Fi not acceptable)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with your own furniture
- Successful completion of pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
- Provide two valid IDs and proof of education during onboarding
