Initial schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT.
Work-from-home requirements include a quiet, professional workspace and internet speeds above 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
What You’ll Do
- Support inbound callers with retiree inquiries and benefit enrollment requests
- Assist retirees and beneficiaries with enrollment transactions and program navigation
- Document call details accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain compliance and process transactions timely and correctly
- Own issues end-to-end, from receipt to resolution
- Jump in to help teammates by understanding the business, the client’s business, and internal processes
- Troubleshoot and take ownership of basic technology issues in a tech-forward environment
What You Need
- 3+ years of retirement plans and retiree benefits experience (required and non-negotiable)
- 5+ years of retirement plans and retiree benefits experience (ideal)
- Knowledge of retiree benefit policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Familiarity with retiree pathways and options like COBRA and Medicare
- Strong customer service instincts and excellent phone presence
- Comfort with technology, including diagnosing and owning tech issues
- Team mindset, reliability, and strong communication skills
Benefits
$20.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience, skills, internal equity, and market alignment).
