Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT
- No weekends required
- Weekly pay
What You’ll Do
- Verify Medicare member coverage, benefit types, and eligibility dates
- Answer questions regarding claims, payments, and copays
- Estimate out-of-pocket costs for select procedures and explain member responsibilities
- Meet performance goals in efficiency, quality, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client, and company regulations
What You Need
- Minimum 6 months Medicare experience within the last 4 years
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Provider or Member Customer Service Rep in healthcare
- 1+ year of remote work experience
- Strong multitasking skills with phone and computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain productive and accurate with repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed based on client demands
