This is an inbound Medicare sales role focused on helping seniors choose plans that fit, with training support, bonus-per-sale incentives, and the chance to earn residuals starting year one. It’s sales, but not cold sales: you’re working pre-qualified inbound calls and doing needs-based consulting.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct personalized needs analyses to understand each customer’s Medicare situation
• Explain plan options clearly and help customers make informed decisions
• Enroll customers into the best-fitting Medicare plan smoothly and accurately
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve questions quickly
• Stay current on Medicare rules and industry changes
• Collaborate with the team to hit goals and improve overall customer satisfaction
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Licensed Medicare Advisor
• Must have an active health insurance license in your resident state before starting (in good standing)
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Empathetic, patient, supportive approach with the ability to explain complex info simply
• Results-driven and comfortable with sales targets
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
Compensation & Incentives
• Listed base salary range: $28,500–$55,500 (range depends on multiple factors)
• Flexible hourly rate starting at $21/hour (depending on experience)
• $30–$100 bonus per sale
