What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for coordinating medical services and patient care
- Handle routine and complex inquiries across one or more service lines, including issues that fall outside the “usual”
- Resolve and de-escalate client concerns, including low to moderate escalations, using independent judgment
- Use root-cause thinking to identify what the client actually needs, not just what they asked for
- Document clear, thorough system notes to reduce back-and-forth and follow-up
- Run reports, interpret data, and translate that into action items
- Navigate multiple systems to research issues, document outcomes, and meet KPIs
- Apply HIPAA and other regulatory requirements in day-to-day interactions
- Mentor or coach less experienced colleagues on handling client interactions and best practices
What You Need
- 2 years of post-high school education or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combo of education and experience)
- Strong customer service skills with empathy and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient computer navigation and ability to work across multiple software systems
- Ability to manage workload, follow-through, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort handling escalations and problem-solving independently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
- Salary range: $17.50 – $25.35 per hour
