What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, clients, and providers
- Resolve routine and complex inquiries with empathy and strong judgment
- Conduct root-cause analysis and document resolution clearly
- Support escalated client concerns and deliver accurate information quickly
- Run reports, analyze data, and support administrative tasks and billing
- Mentor peers and contribute to team performance standards
What You Need
- 2+ years post-high school education or 3+ years relevant experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and alongside a team
- Comfort navigating multiple systems and documenting accurately
- Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality service
