Responsibilities
- Sell metabolic testing products to healthcare providers in LTC, AL, STR, and private practice settings using virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, phone, email).
- Manage your assigned territory remotely, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build strong client relationships through product demos, training, and follow-up support.
- Conduct efficient, 30-minute clinical webinars for prospects.
- Anticipate and handle objections using provided scripts and toolkits.
- Research prospects (LinkedIn, etc.) to personalize outreach and build rapport.
- Adapt communication style during virtual meetings to create a conversational, comfortable tone.
- Track activities, interactions, and forecasts in CRM software, reporting regularly to management.
- Analyze data and identify growth opportunities within your assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven track record in remote sales, ideally in medical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficient with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams) and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively while working remotely.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry is a plus.
- Technical requirements:
- Internet: 15 Mbps+ (primary), 10 Mbps+ (backup).
- Device: Intel i5 (8th gen)/Ryzen 5+ or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum.
- Backup device meeting Intel i3 equivalent or better.
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone.
