What You’ll Do
⦁ Follow up on patient accounts and unresolved claims
⦁ Work with insurance companies to fix denials, short-pays, and claim rejections
⦁ Correct and resubmit claims (when allowed)
⦁ Check claim status via phone and payer portals
⦁ Prepare adjustments, write-offs, and refunds as needed
⦁ Interpret payer contracts to verify proper payment
⦁ Escalate payer trend issues to leadership
⦁ Maintain quality and productivity standards while documenting accurately

What You Need
⦁ 1+ year experience in a professional environment
⦁ 1+ year using Excel, Outlook, and Word
⦁ High school diploma/GED (verifiable)

Preferred
⦁ Home infusion or DME experience
⦁ Billing/collections, AP/AR experience
⦁ Experience with healthcare reimbursement systems
⦁ Strong detail focus + urgency, solid customer service, team mindset
