Our human-in-the-loop AI platform helps cut through the noise in clinical data, reducing administrative burdens while improving safety and outcomes.
Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based (1099 contract)
- Part-time or full-time options available
- Must be available between 8 AM – 6 PM ET, Monday–Friday
- Minimum: 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Review and abstract key clinical data from medical records based on clinical guidelines.
- Annotate and label records to support AI-powered summarization.
- Conduct quality checks on AI-processed documentation for accuracy and safety.
- Work efficiently through large volumes of cases while meeting turnaround standards.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional healthcare and engineering team to improve workflows.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and handle sensitive patient data responsibly.
Requirements
Must Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (accredited institution).
- Active, unencumbered certification for Medical Assistants or CNAs (if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with medical records.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Technical proficiency and comfort learning new systems/software.
- Ability to work independently with reliable computer and internet access.
- U.S. work authorization.
Nice to Have
- Oncology Data Abstractor (ODS) certification.
- Experience in oncology, pediatric data, or veteran medical documentation.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCC coding.
- Experience in digital health startups or fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of AI and data workflows.

- $17/hour
