Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility as needed
Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve consumer and commercial billing issues
- Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits
- Identify solutions for billing concerns and present resolution options to customers
- Document and report on billing issues accurately
- Adjust customer accounts as needed to reflect settlements or corrections
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in billing, claims, or collections preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to analyze information
- Customer service mindset with ability to resolve complaints professionally
